General provisions
Limited-term, non-exclusive and free world-wide usage rights are granted in accordance with these Terms of Use for the duration of the business relationship, with the exception of the promotional materials listed in Part II. Any additional acquisition of rights is also excluded. This applies even in cases where the promotional material is combined with other customer material.
Only promotional materials relating to the respective business relationship with Paulaner Munich, Hacker-Pschorr Munich, Fürstlich Fürstenbergische Brauerei and/ or Paulaner Franchise may be downloaded.
The promotional materials may only be used in accordance with the applicable local legislation. The user is responsible for compliance with the local legislation.
Advertising material for the social media channels may only be used for this purpose. Any other use is expressly prohibited.
